We did an audit on the topic “SEO for Dentists” to find ways to enhance the local dentists search rankings on Google. We analyzed the website and found a few missing elements and incorrect elements that were stopping the Dental website to rank higher. I hope you like the “Dental SEO” video audit done here.

Here are the keynotes of this audit:

1. Add keyword along with location in the page title
2. Meta description can be upto 320 characters currently its 232.
3. add more relevant keywords in the Meta Description like “Professional Dentist in McAlester, Oklahoma” and such similar sentences which your customer may seach online.
4. Meta Keywords are obsolete thus remove all 494 characters from homepage.
5. Add proper h1 & h2 tags to the homepage
6. Remove yahoo email from homepage and add professional email ID instead like appointment@drauld.com
7. Add Meta Robots
8. Use WPFC plugin to chache the content and imagify to compress images
9. Add Dentist schema markup
10. Add Og data and specify an image
11. Add SSL
12. Every page has the same Meta Desc. thus change it to make it more relevant.
13. Meta keywords need to be removed fro, all pages
14. Add h1 and h2 tags to all pages
15. Add Alt Text to all 60 imges on the site
16. Good standing keywords like “Mcalester Dentists” however rankings can improve on more keywords like mcalester children’s dentist, mcalester children’s dental mcalester, ok

17. Remove floss.com which is a borken outgoing link from http://www.drauld.com/links/

18. Fix duplicate listings on Google maps
19. Moz local listing score is 60 should be above 70
20. Fix listing inconsistencies and fix duplicate listings
21. Add social media icons to the website
22. Add posts & Videos to GMB
23. Add Google Embedded maps to Contact us page
24. Add contact details to the footer
25. Improve Social Signals
26. Improve and update content on regular basis, atleast once in every 2 months
27. Fix JavaScript errors like these
